Shopping Cart
Using our shopping cart system is the fastest, easiest and safest way to order. Simply click on the "add to cart" button placed next to each item's price to add your selected items to your cart. When you have finished your selection and wish to check out, just click the "view cart" button and enter your details (name, adress, credit card number, shipping method, etc.) in the form provided. It's fast, easy and 100% safe!
Email
We also accept email orders when you are unable or do not wish to use the shopping cart. Just email us at info@superflyrecords.com with information about records, your name and address, and we will get back to you promptly.
Registering
When ordering for the first time on SuperflyRecords.com, you will be asked to register with us so that we have your billing address and payment details.
When registering for the first time, you will receive a login and password. It will allow you to order easily the next time you use our website.
Payment
We accept CREDIT CARDs (visa mastercard), Paypal, International Postal Money Orders (No IMOs please) and Cash. All payments must be in Euros. If paying cash, GBP or USD may also be accepted.
Credit Card payments are fully secured and made directly onto the Bank Secured Server of our host provider: CD and LP - Music Web Services.
If you prefer Paypal, just select Paypal as a payment method in the check out form and you will be automatically re-directed onto www.paypal.com to process your payment.
Shipping Conditions
When processing your order, we use your registration address as default. If you need to make a change please specify a fully and correct billing and shipping address. The billing address can be different from the shipping address to allow you to make a gift for example.
Records are packed in strong, doubled hard cardboard boxes with protections for corners. Theses packages are 100% safe and your records will arrive in the same condition as they were sent.
Packages and postage rates are charged at their actual cost.
Security
The payment form has a secure system (SSL) that will keep all your information secure when shopping on our site.
Terms of ordering
We will hold your records for 20 days after you have placed an order. Records will be shipped within 24 hours after your payment is received. We recommend that you opt for credit card payment as this will enable you to receive your records more quickly.
